• Due to the nature of our products being personal hygiene items, we only accept returns if the product packaging is unopened, and the seal is intact. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information. 

• Any complimentary items included in your purchase must be returned along with the product. Refunds will be issued, minus a $20 restocking and shipping fee, once we receive the returned items.

• LacevoS70 is backed by a limited manufacturer's warranty against any defects in materials and workmanship. Pump motors; a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Replacement & washable parts; 90-day warranty against defects or faults. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorised maintenance or repair or failure to follow written instructions. the pump motor cannot be washed, sanitised, or put in water, a freezer or refrigerator. The flange cannot be placed in a microwave or microwave steriliser bags.
