Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of the product being a personal product, for hygiene and safety purposes once the seals of the box have been broken it can no longer be returned.

We offer a thirty (30) day change of mind policy where you can return full price items.  Returns must be new, unused, in the original packaging with security seal unbroken and include all accessories, instruction guides and labels if there were any complimentary gifts included in your purchase you must return all items. Contact us with your proof of purchase and we will issue a free return shipping label. Once received we will issue a refund minus a $20 shipping and restock fee. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on lacevo.com. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions.

Sale items cannot be returned for change‑of‑mind. Returns are only accepted for faulty products

Please note that we are only able to refund shipping charges if we have sent the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. The return value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

To submit a request, please email our Customer Support team at hello@lacevo.com to start the process, one of our team will respond within 24 hours and advise the return instructions, safely pack and send back the item back to us. Once the returned item has been received, our team will asses the item and process the refund if approved in 5-7 business days.
